I’m a Leadership and Team Development facilitator and coach. I support you in becoming self-aware and in developing and growing your team through effective communication and collaboration. I love bringing people together, making them interact and learning more about them and their team members.

Through my work, I help you and your team leverage performance and well-being using 3 key aspects: self-awareness, commitment to action and adaptive communication skills.

My goal is to empower you and your team so that you can be autonomous in your effectiveness, teamwork and well-being.
