LEADERSHIP
COACHING
Coaching is a confidential, thought-provoking, transformational process in which the coach helps the coachee find their solutions: no prescriptions, no advice, just questions to make you think. Identify hurdles, beliefs, mindsets and patterns that might be getting in your way and overcome them by committing to action.

I'm an introvert, doing extroverted work all day long. The way this affects me is that after a day of facilitating workshops, I feel drained and need some time alone to recharge my batteries. Knowing this about myself helps me to stay attentive to my needs and manage myself. Enjoying nature and taking mini-breaks throughout the day are some of the best ways to help me stay healthy, recharge my batteries and remain effective in my work.
Coaching helps us become self-aware and then commit to action, one small step at a time. Here are a few typical questions I encounter when working with leaders:

_What is my purpose?
_What are my priorities in life? How can I make sure to act on them? What's stopping me?
_How can I attain work-life balance?
_I have been working on becoming a better listener for quite a while now, but I always fall back into old behavioural patterns. How can I become better at listening so that people feel heard?
_I have a hard time saying no. What's stopping me?
_I feel stressed and need to work on building some self-care strategies.
_How can I build trust among my team?
_How can I influence my stakeholders?
_What are my strengths and how can I best utilize them?
_I received feedback that was hard to accept. How can I develop a growth-oriented mindset and
learn from this?
_How can I move toward my next career step?
_How can I help my team become resilient?
_How can I motivate others and manage performance?
_How can I manage my tasks and time effectively?
_What is my authentic leadership and how can I make sure to live by my values?
_What do I want to be remembered for as a leader?

We can't "fix" behaviour, whether it be our own or the behaviour of people around us. What we can do though, is understand what drives our behaviour. Which mindsets, patterns, and beliefs have we created in our lives that might be preventing us from being our best possible selves?

These are the kinds of questions we explore in coaching.
